The new Multivar 2000 MHR TEAM si distinguishes from the previous one for the larger diameter of the hub that, passing da 20 to 22 mm, improves its smoothness, reducing friction and allowing a change linearity never experienced before! TECHNICAL NOTES: Inside the variator kit there is a movable semi-cleaning with a diameter of 99.5 made of special alloy of die-cast aluminum. The contact surface between the pulley and the belt has been finished with a very precisely damaged tool to ensure a constant dattrito coefficient, calculated to prevent the belt from slipping and, at the same time, to avoid its early wear. In order for the new Multivar to meet the needs expressed by the countless calibrations possible in da competitive vehicle, depending on the tracks and the specific tuning of the engines, it is supplied equipped with da two series of kits da 6 rollers and da a contrast spring in pretemprato steel linked to chromium-silicon with anti-clockwise winding (racing). In addition, different springs of the same class with differentiated load are available as optional. Calibration tips The variator comes with two different sets of rollers: one of gr. 3.5 and one of gr. 3.8 that allow you to vary the speed of the shifting curve of your scooter, perfectly adjusting its speed and recovery.
